Osage County Jail Mugshots
The official Osage County Jail current-inmates roster displays booking photos for current inmates when available. The captured public list showed each visible entry with an inmate photo, name, booking time, city or "from" field, charge summary, and VINELink link. The roster is maintained by the Osage County Sheriff's Office and is designed for current custody. It is not a statewide photo archive, a court record index, or a privately run booking-photo collection.
No official source located a separate Osage County recent-bookings gallery, daily booking-photo report, or historical mugshot archive. The Sheriff's Most Wanted page also publishes photos, but those are warrant and most-wanted notices, not necessarily current jail booking photos. The official roster did not state how long a mugshot remains public after release. For older photos or photos that are not posted online, use the Sheriff's records process.

Find Osage County Booking Photos
The fastest public path is the current-inmates roster. Use the single roster filter box and search by name first. If the spelling is uncertain or the last name is common, search visible fields such as city, booking date, or charge keyword. If the person appears in current custody and a photo is available, the mugshot appears in the roster entry itself.

- Search by last name, full name, booking date, charge term, or city name shown in the public roster.
- Review the visible entry for photo, booking time, city or from field, charges, and VINELink.
- Call booking at (918) 287-4295 if the person may be in custody but no roster entry appears.
- Submit an OCSO records request for an older booking photo or a photo not displayed online.
For active custody notices, the roster links to Oklahoma VINE. VINE is useful for custody-status notifications. It does not replace the jail roster for viewing a published photo, and it does not serve as a court docket.
Osage County Mugshot Record Fields
An Osage County jail mugshot is only one part of the roster entry. The public record around it helps identify the booking event, but it omits several fields people often expect. The captured list did not show date of birth, height, weight, race, sex, exact address, bond, housing unit, court date, arresting agency, or booking number. That is why a photo match should be confirmed with the surrounding name, date, and charge fields before any conclusion is drawn.

What is and isn't public: The roster publicly shows current booking photos when available. Older photos, full reports, and non-roster booking records require the OCSO records process and may be redacted or withheld under law.
Are Osage County Mugshots Public?
Oklahoma public-record law supports access to basic law-enforcement arrest information, but it does not create a simple rule that every mugshot must stay online. The Osage County Sheriff's open-records form cites the Oklahoma Open Records Act and says records are available for public inspection and copying except when state or federal law makes a record confidential. Booking photos should be treated as law-enforcement records that may be shown online for current inmates or requested when not online, subject to exemptions, redactions, and confidential-record limits.

Request an Osage County Mugshot
When a booking photo is not on the public roster, the request should go to the Osage County Sheriff's Office Records Division. A precise request has a better chance of being routed correctly. Include the person's full name, approximate booking or arrest date, case number if known, arresting agency if known, and the exact wording "booking photograph" or "mugshot." If the booking record is also needed, ask for that as a separate item.
OCSO's request form lists standard copy fees of 25 cents per page and one dollar per certified page, with actual costs for media such as a CD-ROM or flash drive. Commercial, excessively disruptive, custom computer, or legal-support requests can add hourly fees. Payment, including delivery fees, must be made by money order payable to OCSO before documents are provided. OCSO states that it does not fax or email reports to non-government agencies.

How Long Mugshots Stay Online
The official Osage County roster did not state a retention window for booking photos after release. The captured page appeared to be a current-inmates list, and no released-inmate tab or historical archive was visible. That means a booking photo may disappear from easy public view when the person is no longer in current custody, even though the underlying record may still exist with the Sheriff's Office or in court files.
Do not use the absence of a mugshot as proof that no arrest happened. The person may have been released, transferred, booked under a slightly different name, held by another county, moved to ODOC after sentencing, held in federal custody, or placed in an immigration custody path. For filed charges after release, search court records after a jail arrest through OSCN or ODCR.
Mugshots vs Most Wanted Photos
The Sheriff's Most Wanted page is a different public record channel. It may show photos, dates of birth, warrant numbers, issued dates, bond amounts, and charge narratives for people wanted on Osage County warrants. Those images are tied to warrant notices and public-safety alerts. They should not be treated as a full booking-photo archive for everyone who has been in the Osage County Jail.

Osage County Mugshot Removal
Official sources reviewed for Osage County did not publish a stand-alone mugshot-removal policy for dismissed cases, acquittals, or expungements. Oklahoma expungement law can allow eligible people to petition to seal arrest and court records. Once a court signs an applicable order, the person should contact the originating agency with the certified or signed order and ask that covered public records be handled according to that order.
The records route is the proper route. Fee-based removal offers are not a substitute for a court order, a correction request to the originating agency, or a lawful records process. If a roster photo appears to be connected to the wrong person, wrong name, or wrong case, contact OCSO records with the exact roster entry and supporting details. If the issue stems from a court filing or dismissal, the court record should be checked first.
State and Federal Photo Differences
Dick Conner Correctional Center in Hominy is an ODOC state prison, not the Osage County Jail. Sentenced state prisoners are searched through the Oklahoma Department of Corrections offender lookup, and ODOC profiles are separate from county booking records. A person may appear on the county roster before sentencing and later disappear after transfer to ODOC. That does not mean the state prison is a booking facility.
Federal and immigration custody are also separate. The Federal Bureau of Prisons inmate locator shows federal custody data for many federal inmates from 1982 to present, but it does not publish federal mugshots as a county jail roster would. ICE custody is searched through the ICE Online Detainee Locator System, not through Osage County booking photos. Federal pretrial detainees may also be held in contract arrangements, so the county roster is not a complete federal search.
